Carmen Villain released earlier this year the critically acclaimed album "Only Love From Now On" released on Smalltown Supersound. Back in 2020, journalist Martin Bjørnerson sat down with the Norwegian-Mexican artist to discuss the process behind the album, which was still in the making at the time.
These collaborations with trumpetist Arve Henriksen and flutist Johanna Scheie Orellana resulted in beautiful atmospheric, jazz-infused sounds.
